供应商现场审核不仅需要专业知识，也需要清楚、可追问的英语表达。问题如果过于笼统，可能遗漏质量体系、异常处理和整改责任等重要信息，因此适合通过角色演练提前准备。
一、开场确认审核范围与依据
可以说明：“The purpose of today’s audit is to evaluate the quality management system against the agreed requirements.” 同时确认参与者、安全规则、资料权限和时间安排。只有适用且已约定的法规、标准或技术要求才能作为审核依据。
二、用开放问题追踪证据
例如：“Could you walk me through the non-conforming material process and show the related records?” 追问应围绕谁、何时、依据什么、如何记录和怎样验证效果，而不是通过强硬语气制造压力。现场无法确认的信息应记录为待补资料。
三、用CAPA形成闭环

改写：The record shows the results of the selected inspection.
检验记录的证据范围有限，不应扩大为所有合规事项的证明。
